Penti has completely different collections for women, men, and youth. With our extensive knowledge of the 29 different Country markets in which the Penti brand operates, we started by defining our customer, determining our platforms (Amazon and eBay) and establishing our European order fulfillment process.
With an Ecomm market worth $215 billion it was important for us to deliver a plan that communicated the product’s uniqueness.
Increasing exposure through Amazon Advertising was essential to reaching new customers. Alongside this, we generate widespread coverage in broadcast media, social media and print publications.
Like many products, Amazon is a research tool for consumers. Therefore, it was important to generate reviews on the Penti. For this we set up a process to contact each consumer who purchased the product and requested feedback.
